General Terms & Conditions

24-hour Cancellation Policy: To provide optimal scheduling for all clients and to fairly compensate out therapists, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.   Payment in full is expected for any appointment missed within 48- hours of the scheduled session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Payment: We accept payment in cash, by Visa/Mastercard (a 2.6% fee applies) or PayPal. Sorry no EFTPOS.

Please note, Minimum spend $50.

Our mobile service charge within 10 minutes drive of the Perth CBD $10 the travel will be charge applies: $15 for up to 15 minutes, $20 for up to 20 minutes $25 for up to 30 minutes, $50 up to 60 minutes (please call us for a price for more than 60 minutes travel). But it’s free for groups of  12 or more within 30 minutes!

We charge travel fee that is mean for home services also for convenient for all clients don’t  want to go to nail salon.

Pamper@Home does not provide chiropody, podiatry or medical treatments of any kind.  The therapies and treatments are cosmetic and are solely to improve the appearance and feel of the hands, feet, nails and face.  Any medical or chiropody/podiatry treatments must be sought from a medical professional.

While we only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines, liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained during or after our treatments.

Parental consent must be provided by a parent or guardian for clients under 16 years of age.

All allergies, ailments, infections or conditions of clients, which may affect our services in any way, must be declared on this form.

We do not accept liability for events outside our control, such as hazards/dangers within the home or chosen venue.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions: Pamper Parties

Guest Numbers: Our parties require a minimum of four guests.  We will organise the number of therapists required based on the number of guests you book for.  We may be able to serve more guests on the day, but only subject to availability (we cannot guarantee any services will be offered to guests who have not booked).

Non-refundable Deposit Required:  To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 per person applies also if someone could not turn up on the day will pays full service.Payment is required in full 7 days before the date of the party. A confirmation will be sent when your booking form and deposit are received.

7 Day Cancellation Policy: To provide optimal scheduling for all clients and to fairly compensate out therapists, we have a 7-day cancellation policy for all parties.   We will retain the deposit for any parties cancelled within this period.  We will do our best. We do not reschedule parties outside this period, subject to availability

 

Additional Terms & Conditions: Gift Vouchers

Treat your voucher like  Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.  This voucher is:

  • Redeemable for merchandise or services at Pamper@Home only;
  • Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit accounts;
  • Must be redeemed before expiry date shown;
  • Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date;
  • Is partially redeemable.

Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this voucher will not be refunded or credited. Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference to be paid by another method.

A gift voucher number must be provided at the time of booking in order to hold the booking. When redeeming a gift voucher, our cancellation policies apply; failure to keep a booked appointment or providing the minimum notice of cancellation will result in the gift voucher becoming void.
